Try:

Select whole column
Edit -> find&replace
enter in "search for" :  [0-9]+,[0-9]+,
Leave "replace with" blank
Click "other options"
mark "regular expressions"

click "replace all"

The reg expression above expects at least 1 digit before the first comma and between the commas.
If this is not the case (the value can also be ..Text), then replace the "+" with "*" in above 
regular expression
