That's the problem, because if they are affected (LibreOffice 18.104.22.168). If I have a set of lines with 1.5 of line spacing, and apply the option, "Do not add space between paragraphs," the line spacing disappears.
Hmm, by a "set of lines" do you mean paragrpahs? Or issues with the spacing of lines within a single paragraph? On 5.0.2 and a current master I don't see errant behavior if they are lines within a paragraph. The Line Spacing is honored, and is retained. Changes to the paragraph Spacing settings have no impact on the internal lines of a paragraph.
