I installed LibreOffice 5.0 in my HP laptop (Windows XP Home_SP2). You have kernel32.dll but not a sufficiently up-to-date version to have the required entry point - which was apparently introduced in Windows XP Service Pack 3. You need to install Service Pack 3. Since Windows XP is no longer supported, you may not be able to do this automatically. For details of how to download this and install it manually see: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/help/learn-how-to-install-windows-xp-service-pack-3-sp3 .
I trust this helps.
