I think you are overestimating Microsoft Office. Some of its
components - e.g. Microsoft Word - have a translate facility, but
this merely sends the text of your document to a web facility and
displays the result in a browser window - and you need to copy and
paste it back into your document. You then presumably need to repeat
all your formatting from scratch. Microsoft Word doesn't do the work
itself. You can paste your text into such a facility just as easily yourself.
Surely with the power of a global development team LibreOffice can
do the same.
You need only the power of your own index finger. Try Google
Translate <https://translate.google.com/> or Bing Translator
<https://www.bing.com/translator/>.
