Not sure if you want to just display the value as number as a message
B12 contains the later date - earlier date

=INT(B12/(60))&" Hours "&INT(MOD(B12+0.0001,60))&" Minutes"

Creates This
48 Hours 50 Minutes

Had to add the 0.0001 otherwise was showing 49 minutes when int used.
