Hi :)
Mork?  I'm guessing nothing to do with Mindy but is it some sort of generic
connector or something cleverer?  (i suspect cleverer)  If so does it need
to be activated in some way?

Are you on Windows? We did recently dump a the 32-bit Seamonkey library
linkage in favor of mork, may be the issue for you.
