Hi :)
Which OS are you using?  err, just platform would be good enough tbh;
Windows, Gnu&Linux, Mac or Bsd?

With Linux  (such as Ubuntu/Mint, Redhat, openSuSE, Mageia etc) it might be
better to get a separate program to generate QR-codes or bar-codes.  Often
one package lets you choose either.
