Hi Stuart, Get everything backed out, and check TaskManager that no instance of soffice.exe or soffice.bin is still active. Down load and verify the current installer, check the HASH values of your download against the Mirror List file info: Fresh: http (4.4.1) ://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/4.4.1/win/x86/LibreOffice_4.4.1_Win_x86.msi.mirrorlist or Still (4.3.6) : http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/4.3.6/win/x86/LibreOffice_4.3.6_Win_x86.msi.mirrorlist If the HASH value (any of MD5, SHA1, SHA256) checks correctly proceed with install. Then launch a command windows (cmd.exe) "run as administrator".
