FORMAT > PAGE > BACKGROUND > as GRAPHIC

Fiddle from there. Reset your margins to compensate for the graphic.

You may need to open a graphic program and resize the image to your page size (8.5x11 or whatever).

A lot depends on how your printer handles printing to the edges of the paper.
Mine will print to left-right fine but always leaves 1/2 in on top-bottom.
Therefore, I need something with white at the top bottom to look right.
