The port to 64-bit Windows has been chiefly the work of David Ostrovsky,
one of our unaffiliated devs.

The 2015-02-18 build is stable, and should now install the required 64-bit
MS Visual C++ 2013 runtime.

The build uses the full core source tree--its all there and works. But there
are liable to be some "gotchas" going forward with 64-bit on Windows--so be
warned.

Please follow developments on the Wiki:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/msvc-x86_64

Bug submissions against the build are appreciated. Also, look for
announcements of a TinderBox nightly spin being available.

Stuart
