Yes, the basic setup is :
- install Apple Java 6
- then install Oracle JDK/JRE (currently 1.8.0_25)
When you next set your Java preferences in LO, it should automatically
detect the Oracle JDK/JRE (which are effectively located in different
positions to Apple's Java 6).
