Sort of. Go to Edit | Sheet > | Move/Copy... (or right-click the
sheet tab and select Move/Copy Sheet...). But you can move only one
sheet at a time there.
Is your problem with dragging that you cannot see all thirty (no
doubt meaningfully labelled) sheet tabs at the same time? Note that
you can drag the separator between the tab display and the horizontal
scroll bar to make more room for the former - perhaps temporarily.
When you can see all thirty tabs at once, dragging may seem more attractive.
