Bug confirmed with LO under Windows XP as well. Bug does not show up
on 4.2.4 so it's already fixed on the 4.2 branch.

You can either update to 4.2.4 now or wait a couple of days and update
directly to 4.2.5 (rc2 which is usually the same as the release version was
uploaded last week)
