Hi Tom,

thanks for that, but I must confess I am none the wiser... I have 
downloaded the plugin in Firefox as it doesn't seem to be available in 
LO (or perhaps I couln't find it). In any case, from what I have read, 
Zotero is not designed to create an alphabetical index, but things like 
a bibliography.
