[libreoffice-users] Libre Writer - watermarks - shading

I'm trying to help a friend create watermarks in Libre Writer.

He's wondering if there is any way to adjust the shading of a
watermark created in Libre Writer?

He wants to play around with different shades to decide which shading is best.

Has anyone played around with watermarks?

Can you please share any thoughts/suggestions?
