Tom,

Ok, I think I got the fix figured out.

1. Changed both locale and interface language to UK-English (not the default).
2. Quit LibreOffice (checked Task Manager to make sure).
3. Restarted Calc, changed back to US-English interface and English Canada locale - everything seems back to normal.

Thanks for your suggestions!

Rafal

Hi :)
Is your machine's "regionalisation" set to Polish? I'm not sure how
to check it on Win7. I just click around until i find it.

I take it that you tried both of the 2 top drop-downs to see if the
2nd one made a difference?

Btw please use "Reply to all" when replying to people from this
mailing list. It helps us see what other people have already
suggested and sometimes that helps other people work out the right
answer.

That did not work. Neither did renaming the 'user' folder in my Appdata
folder - I see it created a new one, but the Polish words on the interface
are still there.
Actually, it gets weirder. Went into the Tools - Options - Calc... the
"General", "Defaults", "View" property tabs are in Polish. The "Calculate"
right below is in English, and then "Formula" below it is back in Polish...

Any other ideas?

Hi :)
I get stuck in Bangladeshi sometimes. Even the alphabet is beyond me
so i have to try to guess where

Tools - Options - Languages - "Language Settings"

is and then in the top drop-down-box guess which is English (Uk).
Luckily that drop-down seems to have clues in brackets.

It's prolly not a bad idea to rename your user-profile because it
sounds like something is a bit messed up in there.

Hi,

I just updated my LibreOffice installation to 4.1.3.2 version yesterday.
This is on Windows 7 Pro.

Now, I notice that Calc interface is partially in English (expected),
partially in Polish (not so). All menu items are in English, but some of
the buttons in dialogue boxes and overall user interface labels are in
Polish. I happen to know Polish, so not a huge issue, but nowhere did I
specify/ask for Polish interface...

Any ideas what to do?

I am attaching a couple of screenshots to illustrate my point.

FYI, Attachments are automatically stripped from the list.

Regarding your issue, it would not hurt to temporarily rename your
profile
just in case something got messed up during the upgrade.
