[libreoffice-users] Can't report a bug!

I tried to report the bug about the cannot connect to server problem but when I go to the LO main 
web site (and someone again explain why libreoffice.org isn't the main site?)  Click on bugs Which 
BTW is hard to locate and not easy I get a page that seems to imply there will be a bug assistant 
to help me file a bug but nothing shows up at all  other than a bar on the left with steps and a 
black space in the middle. I can't file a bug or look up a bug or anything.

Going to the bugs.freedesktop.org site is the only option but that site is nearly impossible for 
the user to enter a bug into.
