No, a sane mail client will do what you tell it to do.
If I click Reply All, it should Reply All.
But yes, a sane client will also have a 'Reply to List' capability.
I like Thunderbirds 'Smart Reply' button, but sadly it only works on
the button toolbar down on the message header pane (which I keep
collapsed, so never use), not on the main toolbar.
What is the "message header pane" and how would you activate it if you
wanted to? I've never heard of this.
