Hi :)
Nabble is quite a good place to upload files to, so that other people on the
mailing list can see them

Click on any of the links in this email or go to the LibreOffice website and
navigate through until you get to the correct thread.  When you are writing
in the "Message" window there are a row of buttons with the last one being
"More".  The top option in "More" is "Upload" file and that gives you a
browse button that works in almost identically the same way as doing an
attachment to an email.
