After upgrading LibreOffice from 3.6.7.2 to 4.0.5, I got strange appearances in the charts of a
spreadsheet file I've had since the start of this year (see attachments, if they're allowed). In
three of the four charts, the numbers of one or both axes are unexpectedly inclined about 30
degrees; also, a custom menu, "Macros", fails to appear. Both of these problems go away when I open
the same document with LibreOffice 3.6.7.2.
How and where do I report these apparent bugs? Until this is resolved I can't use LO 4.0.5.
