This users-mailinglist seems to be more active, then the discuss-mailinglist.

The Cloud in LibreOffice-Draw

looks exactly the same like in Microsof Office
and MSPaint in Windows 7 and above:

You see, that they look identical, if you differ it with other clouds:

So, have LibreOffice taken it from Microsoft or Microsoft from LibeOffice?
Or is this nice vector-graphic public domain and everybody is allowed to use it in its program?
Because if this image is not public domain and can be taken over in every program, can then every 
font recreated and taken over?
