Hi :)
Did you manage to get this fixed?  Did you try 4.0.5 to see if that would work?  

It might be worth asking the Documentation Team as a few people on there sometimes mention blogging 
and i think one of them even does do it occasionally

Subject: [libreoffice-users] Weblog extension not working in 4.1?
 

Using LO 4.1 on Ubuntu 13.04
Installed the Sun Weblog extension, configured my Blog in it.
Everything seems to work EXCEPT it won't post to the Blog!
Doesn't matter whether I do File-Send-To Weblog or click on the "To
Weblog" icon, nothing happens.
Any one got a solution or should I report a bug?
