Which ISO file?
The NA-DVD .iso file is always burned before it is uploaded.

I know that I have tried installing some package on Win7 Home Premium
that would not install, giving errors like "corrupted" but did not get
that error on Win7 Professional.

I have not found any issues with the LO Windows installs, so I do not
know what is going on with your system.

I have downloaded the installer for 3.6.7 for Windows 7 several times, and
during installation attempts, I repeatedly get an error message that a .cab
file is corrupted or unreadable. I've downloaded the msi file on different
computers with the same result. I also downloaded the ISO image and Win7
refused to burn that image saying the ISO was invalid. Is there something
wrong with these files on www.libreoffice.org?
