The Microsquish thing is "Quick Launcher" and i think they copied it from KDE. Could be wrong
though.
The Quick Starter puts OpenOffice/LibreOffice open in the system tray (in Windows). Not completely
sure what, if anything, it does in Gnu&Linux or Mac
