Now I think that I understand it. Cell format changes only display of 
value not internal format.
OK

Is it possible that mode of reading values by calc ( entering values to 
cells ) can be changed to the one described by display format ?
I do not want change of internal format , if Calc didn't like it.

Is there a view ( or smth else) of a spreadsheet where I can see/check 
formats of all cells ?
