Hi :)
You can upload screen-shots to Nabble.  

When you are typing in an answer into the "Message" box there are various
odd buttons just above the box.  The top option in the "More" button there
is "Upload file" and that works much the same way as attaching things to an
email.

I have a feeling that you just want to shorten the sideways scroll-bar at
the bottom of the screen.  It kinda competes for space with the tabs.  You
can always drag it to shrink it , change tabs and then maybe increase it's
length again afterwards.
