You are one of my "readers" who helped me get my edits correct.

All I am waiting for are the 4.0.3 installs, and then I will be making 
that DVD and uploading those files to the online version of the DVD.
Plus uploading the 4.0.3 artwork with that page.

All of the current documentation is listed there.
