Hi :)
Would you trust the answers to something like that from a google search?  I wouldn't!  Such search 
results are too easily manipulated by people that know what they are doing and my guess is that a 
dodgy hosting service would have far less scruples about how it reached the top spot, or at least 
get quite high up there.
