       Curiously wondering, what is indic ?

       I've heard of Roman numerals and Arabic numerals;
           yet never any other  ;-)

       This list continues to teach me, thanks to all of you.

Hello,
I want to number the pages in an document.
I know it can be achieved by
1. inserting default footer
2. then inserting page number field.

But in this case by default the page numbers come in english.

Is there any way to give the page numbers in any language ?
I am actually trying to use some indic languages.
