I was saying "+help" as that is what is listed at the bottom of all posts
on the list.

Also, the bit about "users+" being important doesn't make sense, unless
help@global... redirects to users@global..., but the emails themselves only
say that they go to users@global... so I expected the original poster
missed out the "+help", which would then tell them to use "+unsibscribe" -
I just assumed that "+help" was the one that people should use.
