Hello,

does anyone know if it is possible to retrieve the current page number in a pre-defined variable in Writer?

The page count is available through the PAGE var, but I can't find anywhere (or do I have missed smthg?) a way to test against the current page num.

The aim is to have some text in the footer of any page, but the last one (eg "to be cont'd") without regard to the pages styles.

TIA
