I can only think of a workaround :
Open a writer document, type your phrase and insert the date into it
from the Field menu. Then right mouse button click on the date and
change the format, which means you'll probably have to create a
User-defined format, e.g. YYYY which you then save. Now, select your
sentence from your Writer document, and copy/paste it into your ODP
document. This will create a textbox (in fact it is a Writer object)
with the phrase in it, which you can then fiddle around with to get
it
positioned how you want on your sheet.
