Sorry for the lack of responses so far! The message didn't reach the
mailing-list. Did you subscribe to the mailing list and respond to their
confirmation email?
Typically recovery happens when you close and re-open LibreOffice. You
might be able to find the path from
Tools - Options - Paths
(hopefully) or change the time-interval in one of those pages on
Tools - Options - something

'backup' function but the 'recovery' function?
