Have looked for an hour online and in the help texts trying to figure
out how to edit what I see in the Selection List when I right click on
a cell in Calc and get the pulldown list.
I've been through the data validity drill but see nothing in the
"list" there.
And I've gone through the autocorrect options with no help. I don't
see any of the text that is in my "selection list" displayed in the
Autocorrect options at all.
I found the files in the users .config directory but they don't appear
to be editable via text tools.

Thanks to those who know for your help!
You are not very clear in what you want to accomplish. Your refer
to a selection list. When I read Calc Help, this list refers to adjacent
cells that together for a list of data. But you also refer to a pulldown
list. This implies a cell has a listbox or combo box. Would you please
explain a little further what you want to do.
