The first level worked fine, while the subsequent levels didn't, i.e.
section texts were right-aligned and page numbers were on the next line.
I suspect you'll need to define proper tabstops. It seems your prefix is
longer than the first tabstop and thus will outline to the right. Just
the same as in normal text.
