     It is Gmail that has caused you the problem if you are accessing 
your email through pop.gmail.com. Gmail does not show any posts you make 
to the list. Your posts will show if you go to the Gmail in the Google 
web site. They will also show if your email client accesses your emails 
through IMAP. (This does require that you set up your email client to 
use IMAP.
