I installed the Version 3.6.3.2 (Build ID: 58f22d5) as suggested.  but the problem still persists.  
Could anyone check if I am doing it wrong.

I am still using 3.5.7, thus cannot make a test. However, seeing that you are still using 3.6.0 I 
would got and try 3.6.3 which is released.
