Rename the file you're downloading to add the .oxt extension by hand; it
should work.

I previously have used this Template Changer extension.  Only it now
[not being an oxt] will not install into my current version of
LibreOffice.

Anybody have a working version of this extension or know a workaround to
achieve the same behavior? [change the template of an existing
document].
