Unfortunately, some extra smart meritocrats rejected the idea of taking
over that forum at the price of hosting it. Now it is part of the Apache
infrastructure.
And the irony of the situation is that we are now talking about opening
LO specific fora, hosted by the LO project - talk about re-inventing the
wheel !
