I am receiving a FATAL ERROR EXCEPTION and a RUNTIME ERROR when I try to start 3.6 on either of my Windows 7 machines (32 bit and 64 bit). I was able to successfully run it on a machine with XP. I will appreciate any help you might provide.
Removing (or renaming) the directory "extensions" in your LibreOffice user profile should solve your problem. (%appdata%\LibreOffice\3\user\extensions) Then restart LibreOffice (twice).
