The chart is based on a constant matrix. That is not possible in LO. LO
needs a reference to a range or an embedded table.

plans to add this functionality to LO?
No. The problem is known in AOO bugzilla
A first step might be to add a request to LO bugzilla.
But I personally liked more, when named ranges would be possible.
