Greetings,
I see that LibreOffice 3.5.3 still has the document template update crash problem that OpenOffice 3.3 had. Here is the scenario: I open a document and get the popup window (LibreOffice 3.4 Writer Guide p293, Figure 294, "Updating a document from a changed template") asking to update or keep the document template. If I then select "Update Styles", LibreOffice will crash. It usually does not happen immediately, but it will crash sometime during the session. Note that if I optionally select "Keep Old Styles" LibreOffice will not crash.

The workaround I have developed is to immediately save and close the updated document after the template update, then re-open the document. That sequence seems to prevent the crash. Has anyone else seen this and have a fix or is this a known problem that hasn't gotten fixed yet?

LibreOffice 3.5.3, Slackware Linux K2.6.17, KDE 3.5.10.
