Hi :)
Lol, yes tabs would be fantastic. Especially if we could rip them off and drop the tab to form
it's own window/console or add the tab into another instance of LO. It works with web-browsers.
Gedit and file-browsers don't quite do all that but at least they do have tabs!

Tom,
Thanks for the response.
I'm running Fedora 16 x86_64 on a Dell M4400 with all the latest and
greatest.
No, the funky behavior does not happen with Writer or FireFox
(however, I run Chrome normally). And no, not with other apps - I
frequently have multiple instances of gedit and they play nice.
If we had a tabbed display, the problem wouldn't be a problem.

Hi :)
This sounds weird. Have you tried renaming your user-profile?
Which OS are you using? Win Xp? Does the same thing happen with
other programs or just Calc? I guess it happens with Writer etc
too but i meant can you check a couple of other programs, maybe
Firefox or IE?

When I have one, or more, calc windows open but minimized and I
open a new
calc window all the open windows un-minimize and make my desktop a
mess.
What's up with this?
