[libreoffice-users] Can not add new field to Form

Hi All

I have an existing Database in AOO 3.4.0 on PCLOS 2012-2 and have added

two new fields to my Table. They show up in both the Table Edit and

Table View.

When I open my front end Form in Edit Mode and select 'Add fields' the

two new fields _DO NOT_ show up in the list!!

Can anyone advise on this?
