What is Nabble?

I found the problem and I was really stupid!!  I am calculating the 
slope of monthly pairs.  They need to be annualized for an annual 
number.  If value is the result of the intercept function based on 
monthly percentage changes, then the annual rate is:

      100*(((1+value/100)^12)-1)

This result is exactly what I expected.  Sorry to have troubled 
everybody.  I should have thought first.
