Well, I install them for "all users", but the files seems to be "for user only" listing. Well, it is in the .libreoffice hidden folder.

If shared (for all users):
3.5/share/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/<lur9tm0.tmp_[or similar]>/

If bundled (pre-installed):
<path-to-installation>/LibreOffice 3.5/share/extensions/
