I've recently installed LibreOffice 3.5 on a clients computer. The client
wants to be able to send documents within Libre Office using the File > Send
Document as Email menu item.
This is not working correctly.

The client currently has Windows Live Mail setup and running correctly. They
can send and receive messages within Windows Live Mail with no problems.

I've attempted to duplicate the settings and input them into LibreOffice
with no luck.

I went to Tools > Options > LibreOffice Writer > Mail Merge E-mail and
filled in the information as provided by his ISP ( Webpage.
I've tried both and on port 465 with no
luck. I've tried Using SSL and Not using SSL. Outgoing mail server requires
authentication is checked. The outgoing mail server requires seperate
authentication is using the clients full email address as username, and the
password is correct. I've tried using outbound uses the same authentication
as inbound, still no luck.

When I run the test configuration function I get the following error.

Libreoffice 3.5 Find Outgoing mail server failed error.

LibreOffice could not connect to the outgoing mail server. Check your
system's settings and the settings in LibreOffice. Check the server name,
the port and the secure connections settings

 Any Advice would be appreciated.
