Hi :)
There must be and i hoped that someone here would enlighten us where it's kept in Xp. Perhaps
google for it? You could try opening LibreOffice from the command-line as that sometimes gives
extra output such as problems and the command window should stay open after the app has crashed.
This link might help with that although it's obviously made for heftier reasons

Hmm, i don't like the little "run" thing. I prefer to open a proper command window. It 'should'
be in
"Start" 'button' (the one you use to close the machine) - "All programs" - Accessories - errr
this is where it gets weird, something like "MSDOS prompt" or "Cmd prmpt" or "Command window"
(in Gnu&Linux we sometimes use a generic term, "terminal console" which sounds a bit dire)
Hopefully it will accept the command
libreoffice -writer
or
soffice -writer
or without the "-writer" tag. My Ubuntu 10.04 at home didn't like any of those but the 11.04 at
work liked them all. Weird really because i definitely installed 10.04 here and haven't upgraded
and everyone else seems to use Windows on these machines. Magically it turns out i am on 11.04
and Gnome is looking great! The Xp public access machines wouldn't let me get to a command-line
and i didn't look for the "Run" thing.

Ahah, maybe the bug-reports page might help?

That got me to this YouTube video (it might be loud!)
