Hi :)
It doesn't look as though a huge amount of memory is being used.  There is not a lot open, 
according to the taskbar.  You could try increasing memory reserved for LO by

Tools - Options - Memory

However i doubt that is the issue.  It's worth a try i guess because it's easy to ramp it up a bit. 
 

By the way which version of java is LO using?  Also could you try renaming your user profile to see 
if that magically fixes it?
