Having trouble loading an Excel export from JIRA. I'm using LibreOffice 3.4.4
OOO340m1 (Build:402) on Ubuntu:

lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description:    Ubuntu 11.10
Release:        11.10
Codename:       oneiric

A colleague is using OpenOffice on a mac and he can open this file fine. I
assume I need to tweak, or add an XLST? Anyone have success opening this
type of file?

The file heading of the file looks like this:

<html xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"
xmlns:x="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:excel"
xmlns="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40";>
<head>
<title>IT Request System</title>

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" Content="application/vnd.ms-excel;
charset=UTF-8">

</head>
